Architectural – Al reported 2 permits were approved, 1 shed and 1 fence/dog run.
Budget/Finance – Jennifer reported: Operating Fund Checking $81,421; Reserve Fund Checking, $52,860 and the Reserve Fund CD $51,161 for a Total of $185,544. Jennifer also motioned to move $20,000 from Operating Checking to Reserve Fund Checking. Al 2nd, 1 abstention, Motion approved.
Building & Common Areas – Al reported he replaced the American Flag at the POA office. He also replaced the failing galvanized pipes with brass on the water heater as well as a new pressure tank. Cost was $72.13. The back flow preventer at the office failed and he will meet with B&W tomorrow to repair.
CC&R Enforcement – P.J. reported she inspected/reinspected 25 properties. 15 were in compliance, 6 were not yet compliant and 4 new violations. Infractions were for dead trees and weeds over 12” high.
Common Area Enhancement - P.J. has been working with Yavapai County to trim the overgrowth at the Clipper Wash Bridge. PJ and and Al will meet after the meeting to discuss banners on PCC Blvd.
Community Events/Relations - Jennifer reported the Annual Food Drive, Parade and Tree Lighting is scheduled for Thursday, December 4. The Annual Membership Meeting will be Wednesday December 3 at 6:00 pm at the POA Office. There will be a Social Hour starting at 5:00 pm with Refreshments and Finger Foods.
Elections Committee - Marge reported she has received 150 returned ballots; 1,402 mailed.
Health & Safety - Chris reported; Manzanita East bound; Sept 19 to Oct 14: 8,201 vehicles; Average speed was 21 mph, 85% was 29 mph, top speed was 74 mph. Chris stated this shows there was some improvement and also noted he published an article about walker safety in the November PCC News.
