Permit Applications submitted to the Architectural Committee NO LATER THAN MONDAY will typically be reviewed on the following Thursday at 9:00 am. Permit Fees Vary depending on the project. Please review the Architectural Guidelines under "Documents". You can also print off the Permit Application under "Documents". Failure to submit for a POA permit will result in a fine placed on your account. We also encourage you to have your project reviewed by the ACC Committee PRIOR to Signing Contracts for any materials, labor or obtaining Yavapai County permits.
Events
The 2026 Spring Community Garage Sale will take place on Friday, Saturday & Sunday, May 1, 2 & 3. If you are interested in participating, please call Marge at the POA Office no later than April 29, 2026 to place your address on the list. The sale will be advertised in the Courier, PV Tribune, and CV Review and will also be listed on Craigslist.
Have fun and don't forget to pick up your "Garage Sale" sign from anywhere you placed them.
